About Our Survey

Participation is open to both current and former professional life models.
We are collecting this data to understand patterns in art model pay, scheduling, working conditions, and overall health and well-being. This information supports fair pay, advocacy, and helps guide negotiations and efforts to improve safe, sustainable working conditions.
By default, your responses contribute to overall group-level trends (patterns, percentages, and summaries) — no identifying information is shared. You may opt in to allow your individual stories, concerns, or thoughts to be shared anonymously (ie. relevant model guilds, collectives, or advocacy partners). Personal details will never be shared without your explicit permission.
We will send general updates about the survey to all participants’ verification emails.
If you choose to allow follow-up on specific answers, there is a separate, dedicated section where you can provide your best contact information. You may be contacted only if you give permission, and you can withdraw at any time.
Please save your unique survey code — Since answers are stored anonymously (not connected to verifying information) we’ll need it to locate your information if you choose to remove yourself. For questions or removal requests, contact: model.tea.project@gmail.com
