An invitation to 

REFIGURE

On Labor Day 2026, we launched REFIGURE.  Grounded in the voices of our model community, through tea gatherings, surveys, one-on-one exchanges, and conversations with model advocates, collectives, and guilds, this participatory campaign addresses the key conditions shaping our field. 

Through Reassessment & collective  Engagement, we’re refiguring the conditions of Life Modeling. 

We're using the FIGURE framework:

F  - Financial Structures 

I - Image, Technology & Consent

G   - Guardrails 

U   - Use of Body 

R     -Response Systems 

E    - Etiquette
